Message	Within every turbo family, there are many variations. When I hear people say "GT28R" turbo, that's pretty much meaningless, since it doesn't tell you what wheel or trim they used. Take this, for example. Here is the high flowing version of the GT20 compared to the low flowing version of the GT28R:
